I really do feel they should of revealed NX sometime in May before E3 then go all out with the software and highlight what is coming to NX in the launch window, Doesn't seem like a good move to be missing out no the world gaming stage that is E3.
If the Wii U is basically getting nothing except Paper Mario they might of well got the hype train going and given us some light at the end of the tunnel to look forward to.
