Those are TFW's, which are sent back after a few years. They aren't actual immigrants...

Most 1st generation immigrants aren't particularily skilled. Yes there are a lot of Asian/Indian doctors/dentists but those are usually 2nd/3rd generation and that's because culturally they place a lot of importance on getting jobs like that.
