Actually, they did. UK had quite a few from the IRA while Spain had some from Basque separatists. Wouldn't be surprised if other countries did too, but those are the ones I'm most familiar with.

Yes I'm speaking about radical Islamic extremists, but this idea that Islamic people just showed up to Europe in 2001 is laughable, millions of Muslims were in Europe in the 70s, 80s, and 90s ... 30 years of nothing ... so what happens post 2005 to change that?
