Where Macs best PCs

Battery runtime on Macs is also insane! My Mac has no problem whatsoever with 10 hours straight without the need for a recharge. My old Vaio never got beyond 2,5 hours.

The truth is though, that you can most certainly find a Windows Laptop that can easily compete with anything Apple has to offer. Such devices are very expensive though - just like a Mac. Macs aren't overpriced, Apple just doesn't have anything to offer for low budgets. You can't compare a Mac with some 300 $ Laptop. You also can't compare Macs with other Notebooks just by the specs. There are way too many other things to consider with a Laptop like the screen, build quality etc.

In my humble opinion, Macs are really great and I love working with them. But there is something for everybody on the market and Macs are not for everybody. If you're looking for something cheap, it's not an option. If you're looking for a gaming notebook, go somewhere else. There really is no absolute best choice for everybody. It always depends. Just like in this case. If you happen to use the trackpad a lot, Macs are a great choice and you will absolutely love that bad boy with its surface made out of glass. But if you use a mouse most of the time anyway, no need to spend all that money for a superior trackpad. Also, the trackpad is available separately and I think it also works with Windows just fine.
