That takes some pretty serious power, my GPU has it running at a good 70fps, with the occassional dip into the mid 60's. I'm running a EVGA GTX 980Ti. Oh, don't ever activate Nvidia Hairworks in TW3 (if you buy a Nvidia card), it murders the fps (as in almost halves it).
You're gonna need some serious oomph though, going for 75fps. Which resolution are you thinking? I'm running my games in 1440p.
