Don't listen to just the obvious, Nintendo is exercising disruption, the idea is they don't want to get disrupted after the smoke clears, the best way to do this is to cover all their bases. Ignoring a multibillion dollar potential in the 'hardcore' crowd would be a dumb move on any companies part, just chill and enjoy your games, know they will keep coming as long as people can turn profits off them.

HD gaming is not what was in demand this year is all, maybe in a few years or 'next generation'.

But Nintendo isn't going to be the one spear heading HD, that's why we need the Sony's and the Microsofts to push technology on the market, otherwise technology wouldn't advance quite at the pace it does today.

Realisitcly for every 10 gamers that are 'casual' you have 2.3 I believe it was; that are avid gamers on the Wii userbase.

But yea it is odd though, 'hardcore' games are way more front loaded but they sell roughly equally to the 'casual' games.

LTD! Not including bundles ^.^, So I'd say theirs money to be made and someone will make it and know that for nintendo they intend to make it, it's really a matter of getting HD gamers and other 'hardcore' gamers to become interested in what the Wii can offer. But that would be monopoly and it's never good... So the other option is to get these 'casual' gamers to become avid gamers.

Dun dun the revalation XD or revolution. If nintendo had done this stuff back in the 80's life would of been so easy for gamers today, specially the ones under 18 living with their parents >.>

I'm Unamerica and you can too.
