A couple that come to mind:
1) Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles:
Nice little arcade shooter and does a pretty good job of condensing the RE timeline for 0, 1 and 3. It also has some side stories that also expand the narrative. It had a sequel called Darkside Chronicles that condensed the the events of 2 and Code Veronica while talking about Leon's relationship with Krauser pre-RE 4. But I don't really like it as much as UC since I don't really like the way the camera moves.
2) No More Heroes:
A nice charming game that uses the motion controls of the Wii Remote a ton. Gameplay can be frustrating at times and the game a bit monotonous between main missions but I feel that Suda's adult humor and such make it more bearable.
