i've been using 3 weeks now but the first 2 weeks were intermitted and concentrating on yoga. Last 8 days now i've done exercises every day, set a goal and been studying history to find out what works - i've lost 5 pounds in last 8 days and now have it down to dropping a little each day.
I intended to post my history etc when I reach my goal and have aimed to lose 1 stone so i have 9 pounds left, maybe in time i'll post it but not yet.
