Not bad. It has the potential to be enjoyable, although I didn't like Bourne 3 and Legacy that much.
On a side note... most of the movie; particulary whenever they talk about being in Greece, or when he's on the "desert" and knocks out that other dude, they're not where they claim to be in real life. Those sequences were recorded in the city where I live.
