Whites can't be discriminated against?

We don't live in a post-racial, happy-mappy society, people still make a million assumptions about a person based on their skin color because it's so ingrained into us, it's probably a tribal mechanism. 

 Couldn't the same be said the other way around? I grow tired of this sort of way of thinking. There's a lot of hyperbole being generated to guilt trip people into pandering to one race over others. That in and of itself is discrimination.
