It's that they don't have games like COD, Battlefront, Madden NFL, FIFA, Need For Speed, Grand Theft Auto, etc. that is one of the issues why people do not care for their consoles. Having more Mario and Zelda isn't going to change that.

Unified library does not equate to what she is talking about here. At all.
