What if Sony is not targeting uninterested PS4 owners for PS4 Neo Adaption? What if they're targeting other console userbase?

I will get a ps4.5 aswell but i might wait a bit. The ps4 seems good enough to me but why not? If all games between ps4 and 4.5 aren't compatible i will be pissed.
