What if Sony is not targeting uninterested PS4 owners for PS4 Neo Adaption? What if they're targeting other console userbase?

Actually it's targeting current PS4 owners to. Any PS4 owner that upgrades to the PS4 Neo will sell their PS4 for the cheap or even give them away to family/friends.

I guarantee you that will account for less than 5% of OG PS4 owners lifetime.
