It has a lot of games that are on phones and tablets, but playable on Windows. And ofcouse some MS exclusives.

 

Its also where you can buy music, TV shows, and movies.

That's probably why then; I never play mobile games and already have three streaming services for movies and TV in addition to an extensive movie and TV collection on disc.
