Couldn't tell ya, I didn't take the pictures, and have never been to the sites in question.  The guy who takes the Iceland photos has a ridiculous pile of them though (and a ton of incredible Ice cave shots).

Oh I believe you. I've been to Iceland, and it's really beautiful. That said, pictures aren't always representative of how the things they depict actually look irl.
