I don't think I got this right, how is a game supposed to look better than real life ? it's not like a console is capable of increasing your visive capacity, If youwere trying to express a different concept please try to explain me...

I don't think you get his point. Real life doesn't necessarily look good just because it is, by definition, 100% realistic. Computer Generated images of a thing or a process can look a lot cooler than it looks in real life, even though the computer generated images (CGI) aren't as realistic. Furthermore, when you design a landscape from the ground up, you can design it in ways that makes it look much more interesting and pretty than a real life landscape, even when using a realistic artstyle.

Having done my fair share of traveling around though, not to mention that I live in a rather spectacularly pretty area (imo), I don't think UC4 looks better than real life. But I certainly believe that games (or computer generated images in general) can surpass the "prettiness" of real life. It may not have happened yet, but I actually don't think we are far off at all to have the technological means available to pull it off, and then all that is left is for a team of artists with both the knowledge and vision to pull it off.

TL;DR to look better you don't have to look more realistic.
