If you pre ordered the game digitally it should already be unlocked in Windows Store. That's the logical way to do it. But if you really want to sell your Windows Store key, I guess this is best for that.
I really liked the game but I don't have a gaming PC. By the time I get a PC that can handle it, I assume it will have already been fixed.
