Time Crisis held up well, must have sold more in PAL territories than Japan & NA combined.
I might be wrong about that, I thought Time Crisis bombed in America, but I can't find any sales figures for it. For November NPD when it was released it was out of the top ten, but 10th was 376k, so it may have done better than I thought in NA.
