No, unlike your claims about everything you say about the game, that doesn't work here. We have a clear view of a piece of the world and everything I mentioned is visible to see, if you take the time to see them, and that is just from the reveal trailer. In that aspect, you are wrong. And yes, I have played the original Paper Mario games, even the one everyone loves, TTYD. I wouldn't even be in this discussion if I didn't. I haven't played Super Paper Mario nor Sticker Star, because I simply wasn't interested in them. I didn't want a more Platformy Mario, nor the concept of stickers.

This one though looks interesting, so I'm willing to give it a try. Perhaps you should do the same and at least wait before completely writing it off. Also, your comment about GameXplain just doesn't make sense. The videos are about Color Splash, and in depth ones too. The likes are positive outlooks of the game, after the likely kneejerk reaction they had from the reveal. This is fact.

Sure it does, you think I'm not seeing the same things you are? My stance on the matter remains the same. That is a moot point anyway, as paper thin graphics are obviously much easier than fully 3D detailed models. I mean just look at Color Splash then at Mario Kart 8, a game that clearly took effort and is pushing the system, and try telling me Color Splash is up to par. Now, without having played Sticker Star you wont fully understand why it's an awful game, nor can you clearly see that Color Splash is basically Sticker Star HD.

The above is why I don't need to wait because with the information given I already know how it will play out, again, Sticker Star 2. GameXplain's discussion/analysis videos on it were made by them, and as clearly visible in the title, they're not purely Color Splash videos, but Gamexplains take on it. The reveal trailer, which is only about Color Splash itself, GameXplain has nothing to do with, Nintendo is who made it. The difference is pretty clear, people don't like Color Splash itself, but like what GameXplain has to say about it and the time n effort they put into making their videos. What doesn't make sense here? Do you seriously believe that in all those angry disappointed response videos, the reason people are liking them is because they have a positive outlook on Sticker Star, completely disregarding the actual content in the video? That's what wouldn't make sense.

Of course Color Splash and MK8 can't be compared. The visual styles they go for are completely different, with paper, cardboard and anything with arts and crafts is completely different from something more... detailed of MK8. It's like trying to compare Tearaway to a more realistic PS4 game. They're different and doesn't work. It's a stylistic choice that doesn't make it any lesser of a game. And I don't care at all about Sticker Star. This game isn't about Sticker Star, it's about Color Splash. I'll be judging it solely on the game itself and not if it's like Sticker Star. I don't need to know anything about SS to play CS.

At this point, there is no point continuing. You are adamant on believing this game will be like Sticker Star, when there is very little info to base this on. Rather than caring what this game apparently 'isn't', I'm just going to wait on more info to see what it is before passing judgement. You are free to continue holding your opinion on the game, me my own. And yes, those likes are to show people are having a more positive outlook of the game Color Splash, as the content on the videos are to more closely analyze and predict possible scenarios on the game.
