If this is true, it's not likely that NX will have backward compatibility.

 

Have on mind even Emily Rogers had some true informations (Paper Mario Color Splash), also had some that proved that are not true, I remember she said we are getting Octoling in one of past Splatoon updates.

Did she? I mean did she say it was going to be called Color Splash or just that there will be a new Paper Mario for the WiiU?

Just said a new Paper Mario was coming, which was becoming pretty obvious as store listing were appearing since 2014, and Nintendo accidentaly tweeted about it on E3. Her track record isn't that good either, we are still waiting on Mother 3, and her sources were so good, less than 50% of what she said ended up happening. The majority of things she has gotten right are logical stuff, like Retro's new game being playable in the E3 it was going to be revealed at, and that some 3DS updates with new stuff were arriving. So yeah, her track record is quite horrid, and when she has been right, it is either obvious things, or various leakers also claim it before her or along her.
