Do the visuals in quantum break slightly bother anyone else?

Yeah, I've seen that before, but not this time around before. My TV pretty much a normal 1080p LED. Its not very demanding. It only happens with this game. My PS4 is a crisp. My Xbox One is awesome but Quantum Break goes from grainy, to muddy to clear and does a dance between the three during gameplay.
