I think it's a matter of saving a few hundred dollars on buying the next system with the chane you'll enjoy the games from last gen plus the new ones.

no thats ridiculous, the entire Wii U library isnt getting ported to NX, its a select few titles.

lets say Smash Bros & Splatoon get ported to NX in 2016 & 2017, thats 2 years after the Wii U versions released, so the only people who should feel burned are the people who bought Wii U solely for those two games and would rather have waited to play them 2 years later.
