Nintendo does need to make money of 3DS/Wii U games but you tell me what games from both are going to even be at E3 much less the WC,besides the only big games coming to both of those systems are Zelda HD and Pokémon Sun/Moon, and out of the 2 of them Zelda was most likely delayed so that it could launch with the NX and I don't see the Wii U version take priority over the version that is coming to a new system,and Pokémon could also be a dual plat. release but if it isn't,giving what Pokémon is, the possibility of it being at the WC is low and it's not like Pokémon needs to even be at E3 much less the WC to make money,all the other 3DS games and the 1 Wii U aren't exactly big projects and for most of the 3DS ones have already release in Japan and instead of taking some of the time at the WC and/or the DE/conferance the could just be a part of a ND later in a year

What about Paper Mario? I can almost guarentee it will be there. Or Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE. And Just because LoZ Wii U is the only title we know about coming late in the year doesn't mean they can't reveal more Wii U games for 2017.
