Yes, but they can always lower price to $250 or $200 (that is almost certain when NX arrives) and have much smaller loss. Like I wrote, Wii U is selling bad from start so Nintendo buy time definitely tempted only needed stocks in order not having left stocks after NX launch, last 2 FY they basically sold Wii U units like they predict around 3.5m in year so they know how much Wii U consoles they still can sold.
