Some cool news. Trucks is already working on developing concepts for a new site design, with input from Spemanig who came up with some neat ideas for a redesign in a thread a while back.

Past VGC redesigns have been too dramatic though, changing drastically from one design to the next and this degree of change is pretty off-putting. The plan here is to improve the site by making it look less tired and a bit more modern (including making it much more mobile friendly) but not making it completely unrecognisable or forcing people to get used to a whole new layout. 

Once Trucks has a finalised mock up we'll pitch it to Brett and, assuming he gives it the green light, share it with the forums and get additional feedback.

Thats great news actually!As Spurge has stated(several time!!!), the site is easy to use already, but it really needs a lift up in many areas.And dont worry, Ill be here to say to throw the concept all away and make one new from scratch! hehehehe
