I'm betting at E3. They don't want to further harm the legs of Pokken and Twilight Princess and kill sales of Star Fox by announcing it in April, May, or early June. Rumors are already hurting those games, it would be foolish to add more fuel to the fire. Yes the Wii U is dead in the water (a situation of their own making, btw), but they don't want to just stop making money on games they are already committed to releasing on it/have released on it. Especially with Pokken and Twilight Princess doing well.
