I guess if we start paying attention (or go through previous NPD top 10s and Amazon monthlies) we could see if Amazon is able to predict out of two exclusives in the same month, which will sell more? Problem is, there may not be too many months were both consoles have exclusives launching were they aren't in different leagues in terms of sales. April is the exception, were we have R&C and QB to compare. If Amazon is right, R&C should end up on top (looking at the yearly chart, because we are talking about pre-orders, so it's not only April that is important).
EDIT: For instance, in february 2015, Amazon correctly predicted MM3D>>The Order> MH4U. So it might not be completely useless.
