These games play pretty much like interactive movies and therfore are looking maybe a little bit better (The Order 1886) ecstatically . But you cant say they are more demanding on the hardware or a better graphical showcase than any other game having vastly more interactivity and land scape like FF15. Espacially the order was so limited how can you argue this is more demanding? Everything what you see in FF15 is inetractive, you can spell any magic at any given time in a fight. On Uncharted 4 you cant choose if you want to grab your hook on a car and chasing it, its only one scripted sequenz that does that. Do you get the difference? Most of the fenzy stuff you see in these games are pretty much scripted events. Quantum break is all scripted you cant control the time in this game at all.
Uncharted 4 without scripted events/pure gameplay
Final Fantasy 15 without scripted events/pure gameplay
The only scripted event in FF15 will the water chasing scenes other than that its pure interactive.
You can see that FF15 renders 4 highly detailed characters every time as well. It has giant monsters, different enemy types, spells at any givene moment, better art syle, open world, better lighting, better alpha effect etc. etc. And also better characters models definitely in the real time cutscenes.
Yet somehow according to you games like the Order 1886 which can only render one Wolf in real time is supposed to be more demanding?
nope |
I totally understand your points and I do not think anyone said that the "graphics" of FF15 are bad just the frame rate was a big issue which it was. And As others have pointed out and have shown there are other games that are demaning as well that run much better than this. The engie is just not the best imo. But hopefully they fix it before the game releases.
Also of ALL the clips and images that are currently out you choose that ONE for UC4 and like 5 for FF15 it makes you seem bias and hard to tell if you are being serious in your argument to be honest with you. But I am sure there are easily much better ones you could have taken and used.
