Im at 60% after six hours, which is already longer than the order. Granted the TV show takes up some of that time. But yes the media will push the hot topics for clicks you're not wrong.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with shorter games, It's just striking that the reviews docked it points for being short, there were dozens and dozens of articles and you couldn't go in a single The Order thread without it being full of 'games too short' comments. The Order was destroyed by the media but clearly they want this game to be successful, which it likely deserves of course.

Probably has more to do with The Order having absolutely zero replay value whatsoever while QB has multiple story paths you can experience on different playthroughs, and engrossing gameplay. Also, who says the games are the same length? I platinumed The Order in less than 6 hours. That's one play through, and then going back for trophy cleanup. QB takes longer than that on one play through.

As for the comparison, meh. Order was more hyped, and a 63 is a long ways off a 78. Plus The Order has been $20 on a much larger install base for a good while now :)
