Basically... but more like a cheap mini version.

This looks like it only works on a flat surface like your table, and only tracks your hands/fingers when its resting on the table.

 

That picture of the "virtual" steering wheel thats projected onto the table worries me.

I cant imagine its fun, playing a raceing game, with your hands just laying on a table, even if the table has a image of a steering wheel on it.
