Nintendo is not going to invest any more than they have to in a system that will be lucky to make it to 15 million units. Their limited software development resources would be better spent on a fresh start with a new system. Yeah, it sucks for those of us who were hoping to get a longer life and more games for our Wii Us, but that's the way the wretched world is. |
The Wii U isn't dead. Get your facts right! Iwata confirmed that there will be more Wii U games even after the NX has been launched. I fully expect a new Animak Crossing game and Pikmin 4. The Wii U will most likely sell around 20 million units until its end of life. 2017 will be a good year for Wii U owners. Can't wait for E3 where will most likely get many Wii U announcements and perhaps a small NX teaser.
