I've long since stopped excepting friend requests from people I don't know. It's just way too much, and I really don't have any reason to care what someone I literally don't know did this weekend. Still not enough regular people adopting the app, though again it's only been a few days.

What Miitomo needs is a follow system. A way to make the recieving of questions one way.

It also needs a better feed and notification system. The way it's done now is really bad.

And obviously they need to fix friends are handled. People shouldn't have to make a Twitter account to have Miitomo. I get what Nintendo was trying to do, but if people are going through such extreme lengths to break your rules, the rules are shitty and need to change.

Totally agree. There are definitely some fixes that they need to be made if Nintendo doesn't want this app to die off. There needs to be an easier way to identify people. There needs to be a way to group people. There needs to be a different way of adding friends.
