Plus executives, unless stated, don't give a numeric expectation of a game. If a 78 isn't a good score, some of you must not have been around prior to the 5 & 6th gens. I would also like to add that "mediocre" would be a 5/10 since the definition of the word is "neither good nor bad". A 78 average is between "good" (7) and "very good" (8) territory. A more accurate description of Quantum Break's score is that it's not a masterpiece, but it's a very solid game.
