That could be the case, but I also can see it working.While not exactly a messaging app, it could work closely like it, which would keep the interest going.Other thing is the Miifoto, which people seem to love it.So everytime there is a major news, be it good or bad, people will rush to Miitomo to make troll pictures or joke ones, since its really versatile and easy to use for everyone.And of course Nintendo will keep updating it with new stuff.
It has a real chance of keeping its relevance in my opinion
