and who says that changing Lins outfit to what ever you want is seen as a good thing by the game? You can kill children in a lot of games, MGS5 for example. And some opnely play with the subject like Silent Hill Downpour in cutscenes or DMC Devil May Cry

Obviously it is something appealing which sells the game to people who sexualize young teens. What is the alternative reason for it being in the game? Nobody has to "say" it, it is implicitly true by logic. 

Also, from what I just googled, if you kill the children in MGSV you fail the mission. So obviously that doesn't fit the criteria, "killing children was seen in a positive light."
