I guess it terms of ESRB rating they aren't extremely diverse, like you said most of their games are E & E10+, however they do have some T mixed in there (Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Zelda, Metroid) and they do publish some M games (Bayonetta, Fatal Frame, Devil's Third).

They are very diverse when it comes to genres though, they make platformers, racing, fighting, turn-based strategy, real-time strategy, turn-based RPG, action RPG, 3rd person shooter, puzzle, party/minigame, rhythm based, various types of simulators, action/adventure, sports.
