They have an event in two days and are expected to speak about how the universal app things will work for Xbox and PC and how devs will be able to make games for both platforms. 

But that isnt going to excite XBO owners though is it or potential owners. It's a potential "nice to have", but it wont make people rush out and get the console, or actually increase peoples confidence in the platform.
