Because the Game is the Main Xbox One Exclusive release of the Year, This year Xbox One, have Quantum Break, Gears, and Crackdown's Multiplayer, and has yet to release Inafune's Game, and Platinum's Game, but the Cap between the games is too big, Quantum Break, will be the biggest Exclusive Xbox One, will have, until the Last Quarter of the Year.

That was basically the same for 2010 with Alan Wake, it also had Crackdown and Halo Reach later that year (big gap) and I think splinter Cell that was also on PC.
