Is Quantum Break the new standard for emotion in character Graphics?

What do you think of the recent previews which say Quantum Breaks Facial animations are better than all those games. 1 specifically says all those games are bettered by Quantum Break.

One or another preview does not make it a universal truth, I'm not impressed and most of the comments also agree,I'm impressed by comparing QB with those games,what clearly are better,QB has better graphics(you know,next gen),better expressions?no way,who was paying YouTube Video Makers?
