Is Quantum Break the new standard for emotion in character Graphics?

What do you think of the recent previews which say Quantum Breaks Facial animations are better than all those games. 1 specifically says all those games are bettered by Quantum Break.

Doesn't matter what they say if it isn't true. That marketing money must be helping them see more "clearly"
