They've been $300 for a while now as far as I know. MS are left with nothing to do but drop it to $250 this Christmas if they want to shift consoles. The question is, will they do that? Their strategy this Christmas will show us where they really stand on the issue of Windows V XB1. Will they take great losses in order to get more XB1s in people's hands? Or will they pull advertising, keep the price as it is and push een harder with Windows 10?

It's going to be a fascinating year.
