Is Quantum Break the new standard for emotion in character Graphics?

I think people are playing way to little games then they should.. That is what limitations of platforms do to you, you will always miss out.. I am sure i will miss out on a lot on Quantum break but i am not upgrading to Win10 until i am either forced or they removes all the restrictions.
