People who believed this fake, and it was obvious that this images were a fake, will believe the next fake too.
Some of these people still believe these images or the followers images are real... although a bit of zooming and thinking clearly revealed the fake nature of these images.
Some even believe statements about NX from a guy who "heard something" too.
