You can't draw a comparison with this and something else. Because you dont know if its true or not. What if this time its true? Has that occured to you?

How many times has Nintendo not lied? Have you kept track of those? I swear, everyone goes a little bonkers when it comes to Nintendo.

Of course you can still make comparisons in order to establish credibility, a pattern, etc.
If Nintendo had never ever lied when they denied these things from Nikkei, I would be extremely inclined to believe Nintendo. But since they've lied on these occasions numerous times before (I don't know how many, but four times is plenty), we can be 100% sure of one thing. Nintendo's word here means nothing and holds no credibility.

On the other hand, Nikkei are a well respected publication, and have a track record of being accurate in their reports.

Hence I'm inclined to believe Nikkei until they give me reason to doubt them, like Nintendo has.
That's the difference between taking these facts into conciderations and just ignoring them.

Ergh... i can't even be bothered. Believe what you want.
