I wouldn't be surprised if the 4K is just a 4k blu-ray player and that the system will be able to output any PS4 games at atleast 60 fps for PS VR. 4k gaming could be cool but i don't see it happening.
Also it will likely be 2017 at the earliest after AMD has made the move to 14nm, unless they can have that ready before the end of the year.
