Still going to stick with 100 a day with 100 consecutively and easily as the goal. Push-ups are another story with me still unable to do them properly. 20 if I am lucky. Will most likely swim this summer as well, but we shall see. |
Keep at it! All progress is good progress - remember that. I fully believe that you can do it

Doctor at work warned me about my weight (95kg) and told me I was in bad shape. So I pushed the door of a gym club, and almost turned back on my heels since I felt the pressure of dozen of eyes pinpointing on me. Anyway one of the coach took me and showed me the club. Bought a pair of basket, came back the day after, started some training under the surveillance of my coach. A few days later she gave me a program to stick to. This was in end January. Now, I'm very happy to perform a 15mn session on the rower (my first attempt after three minutes was me out of breath, spitting my lungs out ^^). |
Hello and welcome aboard!
The thing about the gym is that everybody who goes are equals. Everybody is there to work hard and improve themselves and that is something to take pride in.
I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. Keep at it and get even better! It's an amazing feeling and everyone is capable of it
