no it's not, I don't know where you're from but you can't just go into any store in the US and get a game that came out anytime recently discounted 25%.  You can easily do that in Japan.  It's like that in every store in Japan, it's not some kind of special deal.

Considering this is pretty much a Nintendo vs Sony thread it doesn't make a real difference about who is selling better in Japan now does it.
