Never did sport before, hated it.
2k15 was very rough for me at work, ended up almost in a burnout. Doctor at work warned me about my weight (95kg) and told me I was in bad shape.
So I pushed the door of a gym club, and almost turned back on my heels since I felt the pressure of dozen of eyes pinpointing on me. Anyway one of the coach took me and showed me the club.
Bought a pair of basket, came back the day after, started some training under the surveillance of my coach. A few days later she gave me a program to stick to. This was in end January.
Now, I'm very happy to perform a 15mn session on the rower (my first attempt after three minutes was me out of breath, spitting my lungs out ^^).
