yes you can do this in every best buy. Your argument is flawed 

you can walk in ANY store in Japan and get the game discounted big day 1.  It's a fact, i used to live there I know.  Do you need me to point you to every major store in the US that is carrying pretty much every new game at full price?  You have to pay $30 to join the club to get the discount at best buy, it's not free and most people don't know about it or don't do it.  I'm done responding about this, it's not a big deal but you are flat out wrong.  You can go to wal-mart, target, best buy, gamestop, toys r us.  They all have their new games at $60.
