Are console gamers more attracted to gimmicks than PC gamers?

In fact Oculus Preorders are backed up 4 months.  

Didn't know that. I guess we'll have to wait to the release of all of them to see which one ultimately sells better. But I'm still under the impression PS4 owners are more akin to getting a VR headset than PC gamers.
